^ Yup. You can't expedite it. It will take atleast from 60-90 days and also the start date will be as you wrote it down. You can't change it.
Can't you talk around in the company to start as a unpaid intern or something untill you get your permit so that you can get that position ?

It usually takes At least 70 days from recieved day and even it come early than that u cannt start before the start dates mentioned in the card (you chose that while filling application ), set up and email alert about your case status
