साथि हो, साढे चार वर्ष ह१ब मा काम गरियो, दुइवोटा कम्पनी मा गरेर। अब एउटा कम्पनीले २ वर्ष को लागि ह१ब मा रोजगारी दिदैछ। तर मैले बुझे अनुसार ह१ब मा ६ वर्ष मात्र काम गर्न पाइन्छ, तेसैले मैले २ वर्ष को लागि थप गर्न पौदैना हो ? समस्या मा पो परे त हो, कसैलाई जानकारी छ भने यो ठिटोलाइ सहयोग गर्नु पर्यो लौ।

Since you have 1.5 yrs left on your standard h1b period, your h1b for you new company will be valid for 1.5 years only. In other words, you cannot have h1b for 2 years. The only way you can extend h1b beyond 6 years is if the company files for you green card and is pending by the expiry date of h1b.
