Sajha friends

I applied for OPT 2 weeks ago. Got receipt(letter) last week from DHS. I was going through the letter to make sure they had spell my name correctly, correct dob etc.. But i found alien number missing in that letter(I-797c/receipt). Is this common ? No information was left when i applied for OPT and attach all the required files. Is this common ? or shall i notify DHS asap? any suggestion would be very helpful

bhuntekaji bro, 
it is normal alien number generally called "A" is unique identification number which is only given to immigrant since you are non-immigrant, i.e. F1 visa is non immigrant visa , they don't issue "a" number and they don't require fingerprint for your ear card ..

your ear is  like this and it is issued to non immigrant 
while certain non immigrant get ear with finger print based on marriage, asylum they have "A" number and there sad looks like this :=
