How risky is it to travel to Nepal on TPS Travel Documents for people who used to be out of status before the TPS? Has anyone traveled in this kind of situation and come back without any issues or anyone have any issues? Sorry if this has been asked already

I asked it but did not get any answer here. If you have TPS approved already, i think it is not a big issue. If you have TPS pending but have AP, then there might be some risk. My question in Avvo

Cybro thanks but it seems like you haven't had any illegal stay. I want to know if it's risky to travel with advance parole if you have had illegal stay.

If ur TPS is approved, with AP, there is no issue even if you had been out of status before TPS. Have seen couple of people successfully come back. They said only trouble was at Nepali Airport, chor haru huncha ni tyaha. Yaha ko airport ma , they will take you to a room and ask general questions like what u do, where u live and stuff like that, but no problems. But this is if you had no cases over here. So if you had ever been to a court or had contact with a cop, you better consult with a lawyer. If you are clean like a WHISTLE, you can go. There will be no problem.
