Hello, I lost my TPS Approval notice and I did not apply for TPS EAD during the first application as I had EAD from my graduation OPT. I am lost on how to get the TPS approval notice from the USCIS. Called them multiple times but no luck. Any suggestions on how to get the TPS Approval notice?? Thanks in advance.

That is very careless , Do you have the case number for the previous case for last year , if so you should call them or check online and to see if you can get another one and File 824 regarding the previous filing.

thanks brother. I will try to get the approval notice using the I824 form and if that does not work out, I will file for the extension using the I-94 copy.
