I already used my opt extension from a bachelor's degree and am enrolling in grad school soon. will I be eligible for the 24 month extension after completing grad school?

yes. Its per degree level. If its not your second masters you are eligible for OPT along with extension.

if its STEM, you will get 3 years of OPT
