Hi Friends; I am thinking of applying TPS extension only but not applying for EAD this time. My EAD from I-485 is pending. I hope it will be here in a month. Can we just extend TPS this time and reapply EAD after 6 month in case MY EAD got rejected from other end. Has anyone just extend TPS without EAD while re-registering ? Really appreciate for your inputs. Thanks.

Someone else on Sajha said you can as long as your TPS was approved. That's what I heard. I then called the USCIS office, they said they have no information on that. So you'll be taking chances. They may or may not approve your EAD.
