I have been following with one of the lawyer (lady) from El Salvador regarding Nepal tps. She told me anything can happen since the hearing is not too far for Nepal’s case. Anyone who have entered states after 24th ?? Please do share .

Anything could have happened even before the hearing while entering US with AP. So nothing is guaranteed even with Greencard, forget greencard, a US citizen is being held in detention in TX so.. Traveling with TPS AP is just a shield that you wear. Even people get injured or even die even when they are wearing the bullet proof vest or shield of any kind. My friend was born even when his dad wore condom but things happen so nothing is guaranteed my friend. :)
