As we all know, Going through consultancy to get a job. I started working as a contractor with a manipulated resume.
Now the client offered Full-time positions,
What are the risks of converting Full time? Will, they ask for a reference or any work history?
Suggestions highly appreciated!

FYI: The company is a startup company and looks like not more and functionally structured.
