WASHINGTON, Jan 29 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday to combat antisemitism and pledged to deport non-citizen college students and others who took part in pro-Palestinian protests.
I have already warned Harvard Nepalese students last summer that it is not a good idea for a student to get involved in those matters. You can search for a thread I've posted here last summer.
If your Facebook page supports profiles with flags and you're a student, you're getting to go.

On paper- US Federal Govt can set any rules they want...there are even Federal rules against burning certain types of plants. On principle- doesn't make much sense to forcefully make someone quiet...especially students, when its their time to learn and express. So, the students and colleges have to respond to protect their own right to express..nothing that anyone else can do.

I would agree that the govt decides how rules are defined. The Trump admin will skew rules based on its own biases, preconceived notions, and its self interests.
If the Trump admin is truly interested in combating antisemitism, it should seriously consider revoking citizenship of Elmo and deport him to his native South Africa.
Of course, the Trump admin won't do anything about neo-Nazis because they are one of his biggest financial and political backers. So, it is pointless usual hot air/propaganda by the Trump admin and his minions.
