Judge Trina L. Thompson sent the case involving TPS for Nepal, Honduras, and Nicaragua to Judge Edward Chen. She asked Judge Chen to decide if this case should be linked with an earlier case about Venezuela TPS. This means the court may look at all the cases together. All eyes are now on Judge Chen's courtroom.
