I am a Nepali doing MBA here in Michigan and working at Staff relation at my University.

I heard your company requires web designing people. I am Business Information System graduate and done many projects related to provide IT solution and web designs stuffs. I just want to tell you that if u give web based projects to Nepal it will be cheaper and good. I know a company that does development of web designs and softwares in Nepal. If you are intrested I can talk to them to give u good rates.
When I was in Nepal I worked in this company and did creative projects.
