It seems that whoever comes to power decide according to their own will. King took the power defined rules in his own way. If someone did something against the law, he/she was saved. Their opponent were tried to convicted. This thing seems to be repeated in this sever parties rule. They simply changing earlier set. This was seen in the 15 yrs democracy period and things were same too in Panchyat. If Maoist come to main stream, wt abt the killings of 15000 people ? Its obvious seven party dont care abt those even killing even a lot of their cadres were killed. They just want to be in the government. Cant be Killer Prachanda and his group taken to international court and convicted to the death of people whom he/his party killed?

Thts true. If a citizen kill one man, he/she is sent to jail. What about killing of thousands of innocent people? They have some political agenda doesnt mean they can do anything.
