any folks here have an experience of having a long transit in london and getting out of the airport with a transit visa? if anyone has such experience would u mind telling me? i could visit a few castles and the famous london bridge u know! i am leaving US on the 15th and will be in london on the 16th.

i have a transit thats longer than 14 hours! please let me know guys! i dont wanna get stuck in the airport!

im in london but actually this london sucks ke. Actually all cstles are outside of london. One can visit London bridge and central london but rest are quite far a way. If u r really fancy to these Castles then hire a cab from heathrow and u can visit some castles (Windsor............) just outside of London orbital.

yeah mine is on the same day, 16th also, i fly in from chicago and then i get to london heathrow at 6 50 in the mornin and then i gotta stay there for some 14 hours, i wanna get out, let me know if its the same for you, may be we could go out and see the famous london bridge at least.
