Quite guy
The artists usually come on P visa. This make them capable of applying for social security number and most of the artists (Nepali) apply as soon as they land in US.
I do not know whether the sponsoring companies or the artists pay the taxes on their income or not but they do not have to be illegal if they come on P visa.
However, ligality of other smaller contractors or Inc can be questioned.
For a person like Prashant Tamang, he does not need to be illegal.
