Hi,


My name is Aashish Koirala. I'm a 26 year old working professional who needs to move in on September 1. I am looking for somewhere near Porter Square or Davis Square, preferrably walking distance to the T (I work in Waltham and will need to take the Commuter Rail everyday).


My max. budget is $900 per month - so pretty sure 1-bed/studio is out of the question; I am open to cheap offers if any meet this budget, though.


What I'm looking for is one of the following:
1) Someone to co-sign the lease with me on a new apmt. and move in as roommates, OR:
2) Sublet/room-sharing on an existing lease
