I also wanted to learn this thing (post direct the video instead of only a link). I had requested here several times but no response. Later I learned by myself from the net. Here is the method.

When you open an youtube video, on the right side of this video you can see a box named "Embed".

1.Select the whole link on that box.
2.Copy the whole code.and
3.Paste the code on the website e.g. www.sajha.com under your message.

You are done.

Someonre should suggest the first singer (Dancing in the moonlight, i wish i knew his name)  to compete in American Idol.  He might do well there.  Even if he did not succeed in American Idol, some music/record contractors might notice him.

If Susan Boyle can compete in British Idol (Bretain got talent!), why not this guy?   He looks lot yoonger than that lady.  Why it is so funny?  People were yawning and giving funny look when they saw Susan Boyle on the stage until she opened her mouth and started singing I Dreamed A Dream.
