 F1 - OPT - H1B : Taxes 2010

I am Durga from Kathmandu ,


1) I have been Employed in the State of New York Since April 18th, 2009.


2) I was a Student on F1 Student Visa Status until  April 17th, 2009 in the state of MA and


3) Then from April 18th, 2009 until Sept 30th, 2009 I was on my OPT Status in the state of New York.


4) Then starting Oct 1st, 2009 I got onto my H1B Work Visa Status in the state of New York.


I am finding it Very difficult to file my Taxes for 2009 , Can you or is there any one you know in a similar situation like mine either this year or from previous years who can help me out with my Taxes.
