I need to file for green card for my spouse. I have green card and she is in F1. Do anyone know how much time it will take to change her status to green card ?
Please I am looking for a good immigration lawyer in Virginia Area. If anyone have the information please let me know. It will be very useful.

go to uscis.com and fill i-130 form at first and you will get more information on the instruction of I-130, and you need to fill two biographical form one for you and one for your spouse at a same time, and follow instruction of I-130, you will fin everything.
