USA tira ta Underage euta underage lai exploit garyo bhane pani serious crime ko rup ma lincha. Underage offender are put behind bars. Yesle ta thousands of underage ko jindagi barbaad paryo. Now see, those kids are now grown up. But no education. They are the most unproductive youth. Same goes with PLA. Since they are uneducated most of them go to crime. It affects generations.
