Actually obama is proud that nepalese student choose historically black college which no other Americans like to choose.may be he don't know neplese have no other option than to choose black college in urban area like dc and marylsnd because of lower fees and scholarships. Another black college nepali choose is morgan state in Maryland.

Yes @chicagoan let’s just be happy @Hanuman1 ... Obama knows, at their level, they choose to ignore the ground reality and say what people want to hear.. whaterver may be the case, these college/universities are much better than our RR & Ascol.
