In a country where more than 25% population is below the poverty line (2007 census), how is making of these expensive movies year after year justified in Bollywood and India? India truly is a "capitalist" pig in that sense. 

Trivia:
Almost all recent movies by SRK + KJ (MNIK being the latest) worth more than 500 million indian rupees. And it doesn't end there, there are many more productions which compete for expensive movies every year. Upcoming movie Kites made under the Roshan Banner is worth a staggering 30 million USD! This is ludicrous in my humble opinion.

In a country where 15% population have no health insurance, how is making of these expensive movies year after year justified in Hollywood and America? USA truly is a "capitalist" swine in that sense.

I don't know what I just said. But, then, I don't know what the Spirit of Ghost said, either.
