Hello ,
My EAD is going to expire in 85 days. What will be the best option? e-filing or paper based? Is it true we don't have to go through Biometric test if we do paper based. What documents i have to sent to USCIS if i do paper based. Please help.

madtech- these days..no one can predict how long they will take. However, you can review their processing time www.uscis.gov
My cut-off date for 485 stuck by 15 days. Now I have to wait until Oct to become current. After that onlty god knows when they will open my file.

Hello,
Since we are EB-3 category What should we put in Question #16 (Eligibility Category) for Renewal of EAD while filling form I-765? I would appreciate for any help
