Can anyone share their experience on Business Operation as an owner/partners or senior level management? Our team is working to establish Customer Support self-service Software development house. Basically we are trying to build the complete solution of Contact Center Softwares, Call center Services with Automated voice systems. Even with extensive knowledge on this field with years of experience and resources we are not able to execute our business well.

The front line operation is not a problem. We can have the system build seamlessly. That is not a problem. But the problem is couldn’t get enough clients. I guess the problem is not to have enough marketing or Business skill or we are not following right approach to communicate with the client.

Does anyone have any experience executing the business? If so please share your experience how you approach your client and how you work on Business Operation.
