My Job will start in 1 month and my OPT "Start Date" is July 01, 2013. But my OPT case status does not update. In mid-May they asked for my replacement Photo and my process is stuck there. I called USCIS and they say it might take upto August. What are my options? I requested for expedite process but have not heard from them yet.
What if my OPT does not arrive prior my start date, I am sure if I talk about this to my employer, they might hold for a week but not for long.

Same thing happened to my wife too. We expedite our case and kept following up every 3-4 days. It was approved within 3 weeks. Good luck.
