hello, anyone has any idea what is the i130 (citizen applying for spouse) VISA is US embassy processing currently? my i130 was sent to embassy from NVC 1.5 months ago but i havent got any updates yet

I heard US embassy accepting application from students only. May be after omicorn slows down.

I can't find that information on embassy's website. So they haven't been processing i130 visas at all ?

As far as i know, you should be hearing something. I have seen someone’s spouse came during this pandemic in immigration visa! I think embassy is processing immigration and student visa. They are closed for B1/B2 which really sucks!

It’s not true about only F1 visa - my parents got their tourist visa (renewed) approval last week.

Hello,
Did you hear anything for the interview from US Embassy in Nepal? My mom's case was approved in NVC for I-824 on feb 02 2021 and we are still awaiting interview from embassy at Nepal. Emailed and inquired multiple times. No current status and interview. Do you know which date cases are being processed currently?
