Ha ha.. benefits fromsansad (bhatta) is good for boozing in the nite time, so they need to catch up some sleep too.. where else can they find a better place than Sansad to take a nap?

They had to wait for speaker of the house for over 2 hours!! The speaker of the house came before 4:00 PM and the house convened at 4:05, the starting time was 2:00 PM. I blame the speaker for keeping everybody waiting, in other words sleeping :-)

well they were "visualing" where to take nepal from now onwards.
