It depends on the service center too. Most of the time, you might get an approval within 30-60 days. Thats what I have observed for the past three months in California Service Center. Shoot me an email for more info @ nepalilawyer@gmail.com

Santosh jee, H1B transfer is being processed at the California Service Center, I received notice of receipt dated Oct 18th. I am planning to go to Nepal around March and was wondering if the petition will be approved by that time.
