यो मेरो नेपाली-english mixed-poetry म एउटा experiment । free-flow होस् भनेर येसरि लेखेको। कसैको केही comment/suggestion छ भने, please।


बिशालबजारको पेटीमा
फोहोर्को थुप्रोसँगै ल्म्पसार
एउटी मगन्ते आईमाईले
म सँग हरेक दिन १ रुपैँया माग्ने गर्थी ।

म भने कहिल्यै उस्लाइ नटेरेर
सधै समोसा पसल्तिर लम्कने गरेको सम्झना छ ।

आज म तिमीसँग मायाको भीख मागिरहँदा
त्यो आईमाई र म बीच
केही फरक छुट्ट्याउन नसक्ने अवस्थामा छु ।

That was 6 years ago in Kathmandu,
and this is 6 years later in Cork,
but then,
that's not what's killing me from inside.

I used to live in Dublin. Done and dusted with my undergrad here, so I'm leaving for Nepal on Sunday. Sorry, we won't get to meet. Write to me,and I'll help in every possible way, should a problem come up during your stay there.

I love Ireland and will miss the place.

PS: Don't forget to try out the O'Donoghues Pub while you are in Dublin. It's heaven. I spent most of my nights drinking there.
