postage ma i don't think bhansar lagcha hola. But if they think the packet is big enough they might tell you to get it checked from the related area . when i sent some of the stuffs to Nepal recently ,wasn't electronics through ,they found the packet was pretty big so they told my dad " i think we need to get it cleared from bhansar", my dad said its from a student i can just open up and show it to you, he opened the bag and then they let him go.
