i was looking for h1 visa. currently im in London and wish to work in usa. telling abt me im a certified charter accountant overhere. i know its hard to get H1 but what if people come usa first as a student and latter try for h1? its easier to get H1 having F1 first.
what u people advise me?
and how easy to find accounting job there as a student?

yes. If you have american degree, its better

you can apply for h1 from any part of the world you will have equal opportunity as the people who are doing there undergrad.But if you do masters here in the us then you will have a saprate quota which will give you a better chance of getting h1b

But if you are applying from elsewhere make sure your application reaches on time. not before of after the given date.
