i heard that the age of all children will be locked when u file for refugee/asylum. is it true?
or uscis will count the age once u granted the refugee/asylum.

Whenever you file the Asylum Case, if your unmarried children had not cross 21 at that time then you can file for your children as your dependent. They dont look at when you are granted Asylum but they look at when you file your petition.

The time of petition and the time of filing will different,,right.

should the petition for  children be filed @  the same time.

my case i have filed after i got granted.when i filed the petiton older girl was over 21.

She doesn't qualify for family petition dmkusa.
