I am currently pursuing Master Degree. I used to work at a company in California. This year same employer filed H1B for me and I was accepted. However I am no longer in OPT status since I already got new I-20. Is there any way I start work before October. I heard that under new rule you can; if so please suggest me how to do that. Since I can't afford separate lawyer for this purpose.
Please help me...please..

i think you should go to your international student advisor and talk to him/her abt the situation..... yor employer must also have some knowledge abt it or he can consult the case with his company attorney....i am sure they have one.
