i know how to make ordinary achar for momo but can someone help with the recepie of making achar with peanuts???? badam ko achar kya.........this achar is served in two places in kathmandu.......sumai restaurant in teku and darahara. folks who know this restaurant know what i am talking about.

can someone help me with that???? and please post recepies of new achars if you have.

your help is appreciated.

kaji sahab, don't run after the food that much yar. u know what i do, just grab everything, mix it together, and its ready ..................

i have had teel ko aachar..but never had peanuts ko aachar..sorry bro

Cook tomato ko achar... and then blend the peanuts and the achar together.... The peanuts cant be raw... and there you have it... momo ko achar with peanuts.

P.S:  peanuts are hard to blend to get the perfect paste.

Try to boil Peanuts, Cashew nuts, sesame seed with some onions and chilli (as you want) in oil (yes its oil).

if u think, its cooked enuf, then remove it from the boiler and then have grind it.
ur achar is ready
