I have 2 bedrooms available in 3 bedroom apartment in Elmhurst NY. Nice apartment with a big living room and 2 baths. Young male/female professional or couple are welcome. I will consider students as well but they need to be clean and pay rent on time. Move in date Feb 1, 2010 ( will work with u if u need to move earlier)
I require one month rent + deposit. Rent depends on which room you take, send me an email at nb051075@yahoo.com with your phone so that i will call you to discuss over the phone. For a single person for one bedroom cost is $600 including all utilities. For a couple, $750 including all utilities.
