I graduated in May this year with a computer degree, started training through indian consultacy in Aug in one of the Microsoft technologies and got a at end of Nov. Consultacy bata kaam pouna ko lagi atlest 6 years ko experience dekhauna parne resume ma, atleast maile choose gareko consultancy to marketing ramro theyo ( as training ta kunai ma pani ramro hudaina), got a job with nakkali 6 years resume..tara....aba kaam ma daath bata pasina aie rachhha ( bad luck pani ho, mero first project nai dherai garo paryo), embrrassment sadhai kaam ma, manager lai kaam audaina banum bhane 6 yrs ko experience, aucha bhanum bhane kasaree..............................khai dikka bhai sake ma ta...
What u guys think, job market kasto chha, real authentic resume le computer field ma fulll time enry level kaam poune chance kati chha? What should I do??? Any suggestion would be appreciated!
