Try to go IRS site and see if there are any free.
I paid only 14 as returining customer (tax act) but it does not cost more than 18 for both.

Turbotax is best option or look in google some Public Librariers do Volunteer for Tax filling few days a week and they are good at their services which won't cost you any buck nor there will be any difference on Tax refund that you are supposed to get.
