Near GMU, Completely renovated finished basement with full bath and a huge bedroom with two closets. Laundry is in the basement and will be shared by the family upstairs. All utilities included. On street parking. Very close to City of Fairfax Judicial center. Takes abouyt 20 min to walk to GMU main campus. Huge backyard and huge deck. Family of 3 living upstairs. Call to visit and see yourself.
There are other interested people if you like to share with, they can take one male roomate.
