ANA to sue Raja Upadhyay for his fraud action in ANA Election Mr. Raja Upadhyay, the former Election Committee Chairman, was suspended for his fraud action during the ANA election in June. Mr. Upadhyay while in Australia declared the election result unilaterally using his wife’s email and hide. He chose his favorite five candidates whereas he disqualified all other candidates without any documented reason. Several questions have been asked against such a disgusting act from such a successful businessman. Since, his handpicked five self declared winners are challenging the upcoming ANA election in which they are shamelessly refusing vast majority of voters and well known candidates, ANA is consulting with attorney to take legal actions to Raja Upadhaya and his handpicked candidates. It is being said that there are so many charges against Mr Upadyay and his team that any lawyer can easily file a lawsuit against them and bring them into justice. Many past presidents and many big names behind the scene are now restless, sleepless and seeking for legal counsel to protect themselves from any lawsuit from ANA executives.
