looking for a fabulous non-smoking roomate to share an amazing 2 bedroom apartment for $475 on the top of Winter Hill beginning April 1, 2006 . You dont need to sign the lease if you dont want to..Its already under mine..if you want to add your name on the lease, we may do so. Includes all hardwood floors (tile in the bathroom). We are a couple both 23 years old still in college and working full time preferring someone of similar age.lose to Davis sq and Sulllivan sq. Street parking as well as T accessible right infront of the apt. Plenty of buses. Coin Laundry in building, Utilities are usually $80 each per month including high speed internet and cable tv.
