It's about time to start thinking about this question. I'm expecting sincere suggestions from knowledgeable or experienced sajha users.
I have a gril back home finishing up her BBA and I recently started gradschool (PhD). I'm planning to bring her here after she's done with school and I'm trying to figure out what her options would be, careerwise. I'm a science guy and don't know much about the trend in the field of accounting, but I hear that it's becoming more and more difficult to find jobs for MBAs. Is that true? What would be a good and affordable degree to pursue? International students don't get grants/federal loans and it's not easy to get loan approved. How do you folks doing MBA manage things financially?

On a slightly different note, would it be easier for her to get an F-1 visa or should I invite her as my dependent and later change to F-1 once she gets accepted into a degree program?

Thanks folks.
