Babuji, your question is vague but here are my tips.Find a good real estate agent and ask them to be a buyer's agent so that they will work on your behalf instead of sellers.Give every little details on what kind of house you would like, rest will be taken care by your agent. Whenever your agent send you link of the house, then try to look for that in sites like Zillow,trulia etc.Most important parts of the houses are foundations,roofs,ac units etc other than your personal preference in a house. Resale value, school district, community, and access to major freeways are other things too look for, good luck
