Malai euta kam ko prashna garnu parne thiyo suggestion paye dherai khusi hunthey. I need some suggestion regarding the ways I can get an IT job. I have been lucky to get into a 4 month project finished it and I am back while that project was in .NET , I didnt like it that much. My consultancy couldnt find me a job since I want to stay in MN and job market for QA is little hard here. Now, I have been applying jobs via indeed, dice and via company's website however I haven't been anyluck. Few things I want to say:
a. Is it because of my resume that employers couldnt find me
b. Is the job oppurtunity in MN that bad than other big cities
c. Am i missing something?
I am doing temporary job in sales right now and still applying it but things doesn't been favoring me so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Resumes are not hand picked. Since there are too many applications, selection process is automated. May be your resume is lacking keywords that the filters in the process are set to detect. Try putting as many keywords as possible.
