Is it possible to apply for Advance parole (travel document ) while TPS status is till pending ,if yes will it be granted ? Thanks in advance .

Yes, you can apply simultaneously, or when your TPS is in pending, but AP will only be approved after the validity of TPS approval. Granted is a vague term my friend, nothing is guaranteed or granted, but in all likelihood it will be approved after TPS. Cheers.....
