I m not sure if parliamentarian will allow parole too. It’s too big to be included in reconciliation. They are talking abt parole to 7 million. when Obama gave daca to less than 1 million, there was so much hungama. The worst fear is democrats will pass green card capture and expedite green card processing for family sponsored ones and be satisfied with it.
Heard the plan D is give work permits like that of daca to most of statusless immigrants and let the issue be fought in courts, as republicans will most likely fight it in court. And you know the us court systems. It will take a decade to give the final verdict.
