Pass hune chance none. Max they would get is parole for those arriving before 2009. Ahile parliamentarian le parole ko decision na diyeko le ahile yo GC wala rakhera house ma pass garaune ani pachi parliamentarian le parole lai approve garyo bhane GC lai parole le replace garera senate ma pass garaune re. Nowhere they are talking abt over writing parliamentarian and passing immigration registration update bill. You can read it yourself.

@Bairaghi
Even if they could get the parole for those arriving before 2009, that could solve a lot of problems, especially for people who have been out of status for the longest time you can imagine. I would not expect them to be getting green cards that easily either like you have hinted, but being able to get parole could at least show some light at the end of the tunnel in my opinion.

I m not sure if parliamentarian will allow parole too. ItтАЩs too big to be included in reconciliation. They are talking abt parole to 7 million. when Obama gave daca to less than 1 million, there was so much hungama. The worst fear is democrats will pass green card capture and expedite green card processing for family sponsored ones and be satisfied with it.
Heard the plan D is give work permits like that of daca to most of statusless immigrants and let the issue be fought in courts, as republicans will most likely fight it in court. And you know the us court systems. It will take a decade to give the final verdict.
