I recently discovered Rebtel. I found it
really great. Just felt like sharing my experience with Nepalese

Do you have local Indian groceries stores or local vendor ? You will see the rate for calling Nepal. Some cards gives 28-34 minutes for 2 dollars. Sometimes they do not give the exact minutes what ever minutes they say, but still worth is it trying rather than crying here in sajha. Now a days calling from Nepal is made very easy and you can get a calling card or sing with local communication agent ( cyber cafe or what ever they name). Their day time is our night time, if they call in the morning you will be preparing for your sleep. Cheap as 1-2 rupees per minutes , every dollars you spend will give you 35-50 minutes, now you do not worry about drop calls, poor connection, busy signals, sometimes you will hear " tapaaiko teliponemaa baahay sewaa uplabdha chhain ", And it is very convenient to your family. You will miss any call if you give them your cell phone and it is free time to you, no extra charge. "Two bird in a stone"?Do not comment and use harsh word on my comment, feel it doing do it, if not disregard, got my point. Make a note: If you trying to reach your loved on in Dashai or Tihar day before or after, you may not be able to get connection, you know the reason. Thousands of them are calling that time and we do not have telephone circuit to serve that numbers .
