my driving license has expired and my I94 has been sent for reinstating my F1 status because the college misplaced my documents while transferring ............. what to do

You you have license already, just go to the DMV and apply for other. If you are in OPT status, you have to show your OPT card. Otherwise, your valid I-20 will be enough to extend it. Normally, they extend it depending on your I-20 expiration date. If it is expired too, go to your school, renew it and now you know what to  do after that.

i have the I20 but not the I94........... i had transferred my college but during that process, the college misplaced my documents and i had to file for reinstatement(college fault).....had to sent my I94 too...... so right now i do not have it...........while applying to liscence they ask for I20 and I94

go to new mexico. they do not check the status
