Hi I have been doing some web design work and gotten paid a little in check or online payment. I have few developer friends in Nepal who help me out with design who I make payments to. I do not know the legal implications on what needs to be done as far as running a legal entity. Is there anyone in sajha who has experience in such things? What kind of lawyer or accountant I need to contact for this kind of information?

I am not even sure if incorporating is what I need to do. When I did my taxes the tax preparer told me that I don't need to declare income where the payer does not have my SSN but I don't want to take any risks.
