 if you are near DFW...or are willing to come down here..there is one institute which can help you reinstate it.. i forgot the name... 
it will help you regain the status..it costs you around 500 a month for six months..you can enroll there and they will guide through the process.
 let me know..if u want to do that..ill find the name address and phone number for them!
