Do doctors really get more respect and is it worth spending years studying just to become one?

doctors nowadays are mercenaries trying to make money out of poor. Very true in america.

 Doctors is just a profession. Sure, you'll make almost half a million dollars per year but your next door neighbor won't give a $hit about you esp. in the US.
